OHSAS 18001 has
been replaced by ISO 45001, which is a new Health & Safety Management
Standard, that is aligned to other Management Standards like ISO 9001: 2015 Quality
and ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Standards.

There is now only till March 2021 to change across to ISO 45001. Note that this is not a Transition since ISO 45001 is a new Standard. It is however based on the good work of OHSAS 18001
