Signing-up
To Sign-Up for one of the Hosted Business Models, there are just a few steps to take.
Sign-Up Page: To enable us to personalise a business model to your organisation, we will require some information about it. On the Sign Up page, there are brief questions which are obligatory before we can accept payment.
Credit card payment is through the Worldpay secure payment system. We do not log or retain any credit card information
Business Model Set-up - Following payment approval, we will set-up the Business Model with your details and upload it to the Server. We will email you the access details of your Business Model. This will enable you and your employees to view and edit the Model.
Personalisation: If personalisation has been paid for, an Input Form with the Organisation chart and the example process diagrams will be emailed. Please complete and return.
Upon receipt of the information, the appropriate changes will then be made to your Business Model, The link will be given so you can view and approve the changes. Once approved, the Edit details will be emailed to you so that you can inform all employees and the benefits of the Business Model can be obtained as quickly as possible,
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the current level of UK VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Security of Credit Card Information
When the order is placed at our website, you will be transferred electronically to Worldpay for secure credit card processing. Our website does not receive, handle, transmit or store credit card details.

However once the files like Document Packs are emailed, downloaded or linked, there is no automatic refund, because it is not possible to return the documents and guarantee that no copies are retained by the Customer.
