• No Downloads & No Software to install
• Pricing per Concurrent Editing User - Not per Reader or per named Editor; often for Small Organisations, there will be only one Editing Log-in required for the organisation.
• No Capital Cost - small monthly charge (from £200) which includes your Business Model, software support, software updates and Hosting. No Reader licenses required. No extra Servers, Software or IT Resources needed.

Limitations.

Updating / Editing Limitations
The following properties cannot be altered - Process Diagrams (no drawing facility in Internet Explorer), overall page Layout, Defining new Indicators and Security. Please contact us to discuss the cost of changing any of these properties
Editing Licenses
Pay per Model which comes with one Concurrent Editing User. Only one person can edit the Model at any one time. Users therefore not limited to named person but to one login. No reader Licenses required.

Options to Achieving your Required Standard

1. Go it Alone – requires a steep learning curve as well as uncertainty as to whether your System meets the Standards requirements until it is Assessed. Struggle to ensure you comply, let alone Improve.
2. Consultant - experienced advice & assistance but can be expensive and often using traditional standalone documents and process diagrams. Comply but limited improvement.
3. Charter4 Hosting - Transfer to the Hosted solution, so have a prepared Model personalised to your Organisation’s requirements and tuned to the specific Standard. Then you can edit the Model with immediate updating.
   Additionally we can provide easy Guides and documents to support your project.
